Shipping and Return Policy
Dreamland Spas offers free shipping of all spas to the continental United States (lower 48). Due to the size and weight of your spa, it cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. After careful packing, it will be shipped via freight truck (LTL shipment). Your order will generally ship 4-7 working days after order confirmation (invoice is received by customer). Depending upon where you live* (and the spa you order), and the method of delivery you choose, please allow another 5-14 business days for delivery.
Typically, the trucking company will contact you to schedule the delivery. You will need to be present at the time of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been made, your driver is providing curbside delivery. This generally means that the driver will set the spa at the end of the truck, or set it on the ground (if they have a lift gate). It is your responsibility from that point on. It is recommended that you have two or three people on-hand to move your spa (check specs for dry weight).
When you are receiving delivery of your spa, make sure to inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any damage, DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery. Make sure the driver notes that damage occurred in transit. It is a good idea to get something in writing from the driver. Once you have received your spa, any damages or problems will be handled according to your warranty.
For a White Glove Back-yard delivery:
- Once your tub reaches your local delivery agent, your location and physical distance from the agent may add additional days to the delivery:
- Primary delivery location: 0-5 working days (deliveries are made everyday of a work week)
- Secondary delivery location: 5-10 working days (deliveries are made once a week)
- Remote delivery location: 5-30 working days (deliveries are made once every two weeks)
If delivery is refused for any other reason (other than damage), you will be responsible for both outgoing and return freight charges. Due to health regulations, spas and hot tubs cannot be returned.
