How long will it take to receive my spa?

After order confirmation, your order will ship in 4-7 days. Depending upon where you live (and the spa your order), please allow another 3-6 business days for delivery.

How will my spa be shipped?

Due to the size and weight of your spa, it cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. After careful packing, it will be shipped via freight truck (LTL shipment).

Is it difficult to maintain and care for a spa?

If we can do it, you can do it. If you can do a few things regularly, spa maintenance is easy.
