Any Cancellations after 48 hours will be subject to a (20%)Twenty Percent processing and restocking fee.
Due to health regulations, used spas can't be returned.
In the event of a defect covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, notify the manufacturer directly. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. The manufacturer will take measures in accordance will their warranty. If the manufacturer determines that your current spa must be replaced, the original spa will be picked up at the same time that the new spa is delivered to you. Dreamland Spas is not liable for any warranty issues. Please remember to check the spa thoroughly when it is delivered. If you choose to accept the spa with damages (i.e.: scratches on cabinet or acrylic) you must note these on your bill of lading. If damages are not noted, neither Dreamland Spas, the manufacturer, nor the shipping company will be held liable or responsible for damages to the spa.
